We wish you a happy Day of the Constitution of Ukraine. The adoption of the Basic Law in 1996, and all the recent events have contributed to a fundamental consolidation of independence and all of that forever embodied the will of Ukrainian people to live in their own sovereign, unified state. The Constitution emphasizes on the absolute value of human life and health, honor and dignity, inviolability and security. We must learn the lessons of historical turning points and we are confident that we can build a strong state together!
